Refund policy

**In-Store Exchange and Return Policy**
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of the receipt. Exchanges can be made at any of our branches, whereas returns must be processed at the specific branch where the item was purchased. The product must be in its original condition.

Items from the "Soirée" (formal wear) collection are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Promotional items may only be exchanged within 48 hours.

**✨ Online Shipping Policy ✨**
You may inspect the order while the courier is present; if you are not satisfied, you may refuse delivery and simply pay the shipping fee.
Returns must be processed on the spot with the courier.
Size exchanges incur a new shipping fee.
Shipping takes 5 business days for Cairo and 7 business days for other governorates (excluding Fridays and Sundays).
